I agree with the below comments. The guy on the phone was not very polite. I believe that customer service is essential to any successful business. I did not like the way the guy spoke to me and the way he did not want to answer my questions about the food. He was in a hurry to hang up and had no manners whatsoever.

The food is not bad but the guy answering the phone is a prick. I've been ordering from there for years which has added up to hundreds of dollars. Tonight, this prick on the phone (sounded like the manager) tells me that he isn't going to deliver to my place anymore because I don't have a door buzzer. I told him right off the bat that my door buzzer doesn't work and to have the driver phone me when he gets here. He starts going off on me telling me that he's sick of his drivers sitting outside apartment buildings waiting for people who don't answer their door. I told him that since the buzzer doesn't work, I'll be expecting the call. He tries to tell me that people screen their calls and don't answer the phone when they call. The stupid thing is that even if my door buzzer did work, it goes to the phone anyway. I think I'll find somewhere else to order from even if the food isn't as good. I don't want to give him my business anymore and will no longer recommend them to anyone. Makes me wonder how he treats his employees if he's willing to treat his customers this way.

The food is ok but he manager on phone is very rude. I've been ordering there for years but will no longer recommend them to anyone. The way I see it is that if he treats his customers this way, how do you think he treats his employees? He's a jerk.

I'm actually an I-tie and this tastes like a spic's kitchen to me. Don't try and tell me a wetbacks a wop, I know the diffirence.

worked there two years this place is amazing, the people are excellent the food is excellent! all you downers dont understand where these two guys are coming from.. for what they are and brought and what they got to work with yes this could very well be the best place! Of course theres the higher end.. and those big deal pizza companies. Were talking bout a private business from the ground up cut some slack.. gees. Good job boys! killer 2 years )

the pizza is good for a budget pizza place, but cannot compete with the higher end places in quality, service is inconsistant

hey im with the greaseball, this food was truly a dago's delight, they must have a real Laposta in that kitchen!!! Didnt see a single eggplant in the place either!

Man this is becoming more of a site to listen to people talking about wops than it is about reading if the pizza is any good. Wops delight lol all night

This was below average pizza, and certainly nothing special. I think a frozen Delissio pizza from a grocery store would outdo it.

Lousy pizza.

The prices were good, however the pizza was not. The slices were small and lacked toppings and flavour.

By the slice pizza quality is OK, but does not live up to the Very Good rating. Have not tried their delivery or take-out pizzas.

This Tinos Pizza was originally in Burquitlam Plaza in Coquitlam, owned by good ol J.P. Gallos. It was the best pizza around!! My family went there for years and I worked my first job there under J.P.
J.P. sold it to a couple of guys named Bob and Chuck who could never match the recipe or even come close to it. The difference was evident.
Eventually the one in Coquitlam was closed down and this Rmd location is all that remains of the once very popular Tinos Pizza.
It doesnt even come close to the amazing food J.P. and family put out!!

Amazing...I've been ordering from Tino's since I was a teenager. Now we buy the Family feast for our whole family. I love it...My picky Son loves it. It gives great value for the Money and I will continue to take out from there for years to come.

Pizza was disappointing after hearing best in Richmond. I am Italian so rating the rest of the pasta dishes may not be fair. Not even close to authentic.
Pizza by slice is not worth eating.

The best lasagna around....m m good..

The pizza here isn't that great. The dough tastes like it came from a box of bisquick. The service is HORRIBLE. There's this one lady with a really creepy eye who is just mean to everyone who walks in. Delivery is slow, and half the time, non-pizza items are burned and salty to the point where they're inedible.

Best Pizza in Richmond! I've been ordering for the 20yrs from all places in Richmond every friday and right now I'm stuck on Tino's! No one can compare!

Food is always good and the pizza crust is never soaked in grease, good prices also.

The food is excellent! Always on time for deliveries and picks up, and the drivers are always polite and enjoyable. Highly recommended if you haven't been already. Added bonus for the men, there's a cute girl there too! Try my favorite, the Athenian Delight!

There used to be a Tino's Pizza in Calgary, they sold the business and the new owners never lasted. It was the best pizza in Calgary and I still dream about the old pizza days. I wonder... did he abandon us to move to the coast? Reading these reviews just sound too coincidental, like the Baked Lasagna, the Rigatoni, a hint of something in the sauce that you just could not identify. Gino from Tinos where did your recipes go?
My rating would not count but the next time I am in Richmond I going there first thing.

My husband and I drop in weekly to pick up our order of baked spaghetti and lasagna, the real secret is their 3 part cheeses combination. I had hoped to purchase a large block, but they make it on the premise and unfortuntely do not sell.

Meat sauce has just the right consistency and taste.

The lasagna and baked spagetti is the best I have ever eaten. The secret is in the sauce, thick and tasty.

I used to work there briefly and I know why it is different. It is a hand made dough + they have a special way of baking it using approx. 60% less oil than the others. That's why Tino's pizza never leaks oil. To add to it the dough is made the same morning at the spot instead of being frozen for who knows how long (the case in big franchises).

Excellent service. Same consistent food for years. They make a great Baked Rigatoni.

Whenever my parents want to get pizza, That means they want to get Tino's. It's very good food, and is at a very affordable price.

I'm not so sure why it's different but I can say that it's probably the best pizza I've had.
